How much are the delivery charges?

Shopberserk.com provides free delivery for all orders above ₹ 1000.
For all orders below ₹ 1000., a Shipping fee of ₹ 50 would be applicable
For all Cash on Delivery orders, a flat fee of ₹ 50 would be applicable
Otherwise, a nominal shipping charge would be applicable based on the delivery destination. You can see the delivery cost during checkout.
A fee of ₹ 50 would be charged for Cash on Delivery orders.

What is the estimated Delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-10 Days from the day, the order is placed.
While most items are delivered within the span of 5-7 days, there are a few items which may be delivered in 3-10 days.

How will the Delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers like Delhivery, FedEx and Xpressbees in order to be double sure for On-time Delivery & hence Happy Customers.

What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, etc.)?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs. The price mentioned on the website is considered as the final product price including Taxes.

How do I track my Shipment?

Berserk uses only reputed couriers. We notify our Customers via an email of Shipment confirmation within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s).
This shipping confirmation email consists of the Couriers’ Tracking number and the link for Tracking.
