Return Policy
You can ask for refund if:
- 1. You receive the Product in a Damaged/ Tampered Condition.
- We request our customers to open and check the product at the Time of delivery. In case there is any damage found in the product, please send an email at info@shopberserk.com within 48 hours of its Delivery, along with your Order number.
- We will send you a Replacement against the damaged product received or we can issue a Credit Note which will be valid for one year.
- 2. The Cost of sending you a Replacement would be borne by us.
- In case, You did not like the Product
- Please send us an email at info@shopberserk.com within 48 hours of Delivery of the product along with the order number. We will issue a Credit Note for the equivalent amount which will be valid for one year.
- 3. Refund Policy is subjected to Change as per the Promotion Policy during the time of any Promotion
Note:
- Cost of Sending the Shipment to us would be borne by you or if you want, we can get the product picked up from your Place (which would be dependent on availability from Logistics Partner) & can deduct the charges and can issue the credit note of the balance amount.
- Product should be dispatched for return, within 48 Hours of Confirmation from our Team. Also, Tracking number of the Parcel has to be shared by the customer with Berserk team. Failure to dispatching the product or providing tracking number within 48 hours of Return/Refund approval, your order for Refund/Return will be canceled & Berserk will not entertain any Refund/Return afterward.
- The Product has to be Packed properly so that it reaches back to us safely in both the cases (whether you are taking care of the Delivery or it has been taken care by us), then only a credit note would be issued to you.
- The product will be dispatched once we will receive the returned product.
Clearance Sale Policy:
- No return/exchange/credit refund is available on Clearance Sale orders
- Exchange is only possible for Clearance Sale orders if the product received is wrong or broken.
- Return pick up cost will be borne by us in case of wrong or broken product received in Clearance Sale orders.
- Please reach out to us at info@shopberserk.com or +91 8588886860 within 48 hours of delivery to raise an exchange request for wrong or broken product received in Clearance Sale Orders.
Cancellation Policy:
- For some reasons if you do not wish to proceed with the order, inform us by sending an email at info@shopberserk.com along with your order id.
- We will cancel your order and will issue a credit note for the equivalent purchased amount.
- No Cancellation would be entertained, once the order is dispatched.
