We ship our orders within 24 hours. The transit time depends on your destination but we do provide an estimate with the order details once you place an order.

If you wish to exchange or replace your product, please mail us at info@shopberserk.com or call us at +91-8588886860 (10am -6pm, Monday to Saturday) within 48 hours from date of delivery and we'll resolve your issue the best way we can.

In case you receive a damaged product, please raise an exchange/replacement request along with pictures of the damaged product at info@shopberserk.com within 48 hours of the delivery and we'll resolve your issue. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement product.
